Shipping is included in prepay price. 

Gifting? Include a handwritten note! We never include receipts with gift packages, but we would be happy to include a handwritten notecard with your order! Just find the Special Instructions box on your Cart page and let us know exactly what to write.

Frequency is monthly. Delivered once a month for six months.  The first installment will process when the subscription order is placed, and subsequent orders will process every 4 weeks.
