More than anything, we want you to have all the coffee you need this holiday season. We also want you to be able to share the gift of HG coffee with your loved ones.
Due to the high volumes experienced currently by USPS & UPS, shipping times may be delayed over the next six weeks. You know, as we do, that coffee makes a great gift. Here are our tips for making sure you and your friends and family have your best holiday coffee season!
1. Be sure to place your order by December 13 so that it will most likely be received before Christmas.
2. Please allow two business days for our team to process your order. Shipping times may vary. Our goal is to ship your order from our roastery within two business days of when you submit it. (Example: if you order on a Thursday, we aim to ship on Monday; Fri/Sat/Sun orders generally ship on Tuesday.)
3. We love you, and we know you love our promotions! During high volume promotions like Cyberpalooza, our processing times may be extended. Please understand that it may take us a bit longer to process your order during this busy time.
4. Ultimately, please plan to order by December 13 for the best chance of delivery in time for Christmas. Once your order leaves our building, we cannot control the shipping time.
